Exotic Curry Rub & Seasoning (Medium)
Especially good on chicken, fish pork, beef, lamb, vegetables, tofu and all curries. Great when mixed with mayo for chicken or shrimp salad. Use with rice, soups, noodles, pasta; sauté vegetables, eggs and stir-fries. Good on everything where you want add the curry taste.
How to Use
Rub 2-3 tsp. per pound on lamb, pork, beef and allow to marinate in the refrigerator for from 6 to 24 hours. Seafood requires less time to marinate, try 15 minutes to 1 hour. Bake, grill, fry or sauté.
