How to Use
Rub approximately 1 tbs. per pound all over the meat. For thick cuts allow space to marinate in the refrigerator for 6 to 24 hours. Thinner cuts of meat require less time to marinade and seafood requires least time of all. For seafood try to marinade for 20 to 30 minutes. Before baking or grilling rub meat or fish with olive oil. For sauces, gravy, chili, just sprinkle in the Kona Coffee Spice. Season to taste. For variety: mix Kona Coffee Spice with Hawaiian Spice and/or Chinese 5 Spice for Exotic Curry.
