Representing Hawaii Aloha, I am excited and honored to have been chosen for the Flavored Nation event in Columbus, Ohio on August 11th and 12th. I will be making the iconic dish of Hawaii, which is the Kalua pig! If you can come and see us, you will have a taste of Hawaii.
